Ingredients
Salad
  • farm fresh organic baby greens
  • farm fresh organic red onion
  • farm fresh organic turnip
  • Food for Thought organic dried cherries

Dressing
  • Food for Thought organic cherry raspberry preserves
  • Food for Thought wild leek vinegar
  • Food for Thought organic cherry honey mustard
  • organic green onion infused olive oil (recipe link)
  • organic sea salt
Sweet & spicy candied walnuts
  • Food for Thought organic cherry raspberry preserves
  • Food for Thought organic cherry honey mustard
  • Food for Thought organic cherry habanero hot sauce
  • Food for Thought wild star thistle honey
  • organic raw walnuts
  • organic sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend one half cup preserves with two tablespoons mustard, one tablespoon honey and one tablespoon hot sauce in a glass bowl.
  3. Add two cups walnuts and stir to coat well. Gently stir in one teaspoon sea salt then place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for fifteen minutes, remove from oven, drizzle one tablespoon honey over walnuts and sprinkle with sea salt then allow to cool for five minutes.
  5. Whisk dressing together with two tablespoons preserves, one tablespoon vinegar, one tablespoon mustard and one tablespoon oil; season with sea salt.
  6. Chop red onion, turnip and cheese. Plate greens with vegetables, cheese, walnuts and drizzle with dressing.
