Organic Fruit Juice Sweetened Apple Preserves

Graham Spy and Lula Red apples, grown in Leelanau Country combine with a touch of white grape concentrate to make this wonderful preserve and fruit topping. Gene drops them off each fall and we hand peel each apple (600 pounds in a day!). We're sure you're taste the love and dedication we put into this product. Sure we could buy them blindly in the anonymous market place for less, but that's not how we do business.
There's no better way in our view than to know your farmer and hand select the day the produce is harvested. Gene's farm has been in his family for generations and at one time in the middle of the last century had a long running restaurant that served only food produced on the farm. Gene also grows the pears in our Michigan Pear Preserves.
We have now added Honey Crisp apples to the mix!
Ingredients: organic apples, organic
white grape juice concentrate, water,
pectin (from citrus), lemon juice concentrate, organic nutmeg, organic cinnamon.
