One of the hot items on our wine preserves list. Cherries with a touch of Cabernet make for a treat that will take a muffin, waffles or cheesecake to new levels. I get a big hit when I do food shows and use it as a cheesecake topping. I get big hit with my family and friends too. The cherries are grown on the farms of Gene and Kathy Garthe and Cheryl and Alan Kobernik.

Ingredients: Organic Montmorency Tart Cherries, Sugar (evaporated cane juice), Cabernet wine, lemon juice, pectin (from citrus).
Michigan-made.
