This is my most recent creation in our line of wine preserves. Like all our others this is a delicate balance of wine and fruit offering a nice finish that will take you far beyond toast and bagel, but that's always a good place to start. This one also works well baked over brie cheese or simply serve is drizzled over grilled meat. Yum!
Ingredients: Ingredients: organic apricots, organic fair trade sugar (evaporated cane juice), pectin (from citrus), organic chardonnay wine, organic lemon juice.
